We highly recommend Sheri Garland as a great realtor based on our experience with her. We did a short sale thru American Short Sale, we were very lucky when they assigned Sheri as our realtor. Sheri contacted us and made arrangements to come to our house in Manteca. At this meeting she was very sympathetic to our circumstances, she even checked to see if we had any other options that would keep us in our home.
Sheri handled all the paper work and answered all of our questions. She even kept the other realtors from just showing up to show the house, she insisted that we be contacted prior to them showing the house. With Sheri we felt very comfortable throughout the process.
We had a cash buyer that was very unsure of purchasing a home that was a short sale; this was complicated further by the fact that the buyer sent his son to see the property. Shari was able to assure him that he would not have any regrets purchasing the home, thus securing the offer. Unfortunately the buyer s health caused him to withdraw his offer. Sheri had found another buyer within the week.
We never had a more professional dealing with a realtor than we had with Sheri. To us Sheri has become a dear friend and we would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling property.
